Project Management

Project management is the process and activity of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources, procedures, and protocols to achieve specific project goals. We achieve those goals by applying industry-standard best practices such as the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) process groups of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.

Program Management
