The objective of the Defense Security Service (DSS) Consultation, Facilitation, Leadership Alignment and Strategic Collaboration (ConFLASC) support services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is to deliver a broad range of inter-related support services in support of the mission and support elements for the DSS enterprise. This IDIQ contract supports all of the DSS operations, streamlining the ConFLASC functions across the enterprise. The scope of this effort includes management and leadership support under four functional areas: consulting, facilitation, leadership alignment, and strategic collaboration. Within each of these four functional areas are specific high-level requirements requested by one or all of the participating DSS Directorates.
Consulting Services: Provide expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of the DSS’ mission-oriented business functions.
Facilitation Services: Provide facilitation and related decision support services for the DSS.
Leadership Alignment: Provide expert advice and guidance in support of the DSS leadership enabling them to rapidly accelerate performance, deliver greater business results and work together as unified entities applying the guidance and intent of the DSS Director.
Strategic Collaboration: Provide expert advice and guidance in support of an intentional collective approach to address problems or issues through building shared knowledge, designing innovative solutions, and forging consequential change.
Aside from accomplishing these tasks separately, Xcelerate will take an integrated, process-oriented approach that will result in standardized, repeatable process improvements that maximize the use of ConFLASC services to effectively utilize resources throughout the agency.
