As Xcelerate’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition, David O’Neil serves as a thought leader and provides overall leadership for the development, implementation, and delivery of new and innovative talent strategies across the organization.
David has more than 22 years of results-oriented experience in Management and IT consulting supporting the Federal government. Throughout his career he has been instrumental in delivering tangible results in metrics driven organizations.
During his 4-year tenure with Xcelerate, David has led his organization in achieving 100% or greater results in hires and gross margin expectations leading to exponential growth in revenue and profitability. He designed and implemented an end-to-end talent lifecycle management process that is integral to our ISO certification and CMMI standards, leading to increased productivity and a greater than 88% offer to acceptance ratio.
David holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Towson University.
He and his family live in Northern Virginia.
