As Xcelerate’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Chief People Officer, Jason Hite leads the organization’s talent management activities. Over the last two decades, Jason has held progressive roles across multiple industries focusing on human capital, strategic planning, process design, and organizational change management. From 2007 to the 2015, Jason served as the Chief Human Resources Officer with the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in the U.S. House of Representatives. Jason has led and delivered talent management strategy consulting engagements with clients in the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Homeland Security.
Jason serves on several national and international advisory boards and is the Industry Co-Lead for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) – National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE).
Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from St. Francis University (Loretto, PA), a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University (Edinburgh, Scotland), HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
Jason and his family reside in Northern Virginia.
