Accelerating Performance Improvements to Strengthen U.S. Transportation Security

Focusing on the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) future goals for 2013 in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation security in the United States, an Xcelerate Solutions Business Process Management team worked with key TSA leadership to stand up a fully operational Lean Six Sigma program office. Xcelerate led and assisted with conducting organizational analyses to target process improvements, and then executed focused strategic, operational, and tactical action plans.

Xcelerate continues to work with TSA leadership to provide expertise in continuous process improvement through identification, prioritization, and selection of projects for Rapid Improvement Event workshops.


By providing rapid-response business process re-engineering services and expertise, Xcelerate is helping the TSA to address top agency priorities and create a culture of continuous process improvement.
