Companies must provide the survey to all employees and must achieve a minimum number of responses to be considered for award, ensuring that the survey results are truly representative of the corporate environment and culture across the organization.
In a letter thanking employees for their participation and positive support, Xcelerate President Mark Drever said, “This is a major milestone for our firm that we have been working hard to achieve over the past few years and have finally made it happen. I could not be more proud and honored to have received this award because it truly represents the best we have to offer for our staff, our clients, and the community. I am most honored by the fact that the award is a result of our staff who evaluated us as a winner in this category.”
